Biosketch

Since May 2015, I'm doing my PhD at the Universitat de Barcelona under the supervision of Professor Joan Elias. The main goal of my thesis is to study how far are Artin local rings from being Gorenstein rings.

I started getting familiar with Gorenstein rings during my master thesis, advised again by Professor Joan Elias, under the title On the classification of Artinian algebras. In this work, we classified Gorenstein algebras of dimension zero with a certain Hilbert function.
