Biosketch
I am Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Business, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, Associate Professor and Tutor of the Computer Science Degree at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. I have a PhD degree in Computer Science from Universidad de La Laguna. I have been involved in different research projects and consulting for firms in the area of Logistics and Transportation. I have published several articles in prestigious international journals and have presented my works at international conferences. I teach at various undergraduate programs. My research interests include Combinatorial Optimization, Metaheuristics, Machine Learning, Vehicle Routing, Scheduling, Logistics, Production and Transportation.
