Matt Hennessy completed his BSc degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics at UOIT in Ontario, Canada. He then moved to the UK, where he completed an MSc in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing and a DPhil in Mathematics at the University of Oxford. Upon completing his studies, he worked as a Research Associate in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London, UK. He is now a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow and based at the CRM in Bellaterra, Barcelona, Spain.
