I was born in Cabra (Córdoba, Spain) in 1992. I studied the bachelor in Mathematics and the bachelor in Physics from 2010 to 2015, both at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). I worked on “Fluid mechanics” (under the supervision of Dr. Joan Mateu) and “Soliton Theory” (under the supervision of Dr. Diego Pavón) as Final Degree Projects.

I then obtained my Master’s degree in Advanced Mathematics with the Master Thesis “Introduction to Rough Paths” under the supervision of Dr. Marta Sanz-Solé at Universitat de Barcelona.

Since 2017, I’m a PhD student at UAB. Our ongoing research is based on transport equations, active scalars and vortex patches on them.
