BE PART OF BGSMath
1. In case you are staff of one of our five institutions and wish to become part of our Faculty, you will need to:
- Prepare an application letter. You may follow this template
- Contact the reference person of your institution in our Governing Board and ask for her/his backing
- Present a short CV (max 4 pages), free format (we recommend the short CV model suggested by the Ministry of Science)
- Prepare an application letter, with the head of the group’s approval. Here’s a template you may follow.
- Present a short CV (max 2 pages), free format.
- Prepare a simple application letter with your supervisor’s approval. Here’s a template you may follow.

Training
Be informed about, register and attend the BGSMath graduate courses, given every semester by the best specialist in the respective fields.
Community
Be part of a large community of local and international PhD students or postdoctoral fellows. Appear in the BGSMath website, together with your fellow students or postdocs.
Jobs
Be informed about career opportunities and know every time that BGSMath opens a new call for doctoral or postdoctoral positions.
Information
Receive regular information with our e-news bulletin, our newsletter Penta and other relevant events in the community.

2. In case you are a postdoctoral fellow of one of our five institutions and wish to become part of our postdoctoral community, you will need to:
- Prepare an application letter. You may follow this template
- If you do not have a BGSMath contract, you will have to ask for a reference letter of the director of your research group to attach
- Attach a short CV (max 2 pages), free format.
3. In case you are a PhD student of one of our five institutions and wish to become part of our PhD student community, you will need to:
- Prepare an application letter. You may follow this template. If you do not have a BGSMath contract, the letter should be signed by your supervisor as well.
- Present a short CV (max 2 pages), free format
