This is the first of a series of meetings addressed to BGSMath master and Ph.D. students and young researchers in order to be able to meet mathematicians who have delevoped a successful carrer and learn from their experience.

Our first guest is Dr. Joan Bruna (Courant Institute, NYU; Mathematics and Data Science Group). In an open meeting and discussion Dr. Bruna will tell us about his trajectory in France and USA alternating academia and industry, and where he has held positions in start-up’s, large companies and in the most prestigious academic environment.
