Biosketch

Dr.Josep M. Olm (Mataró, Spain, 1966) received the M.S. and PhD. degrees in Physics from the University of Barcelona and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunyain 1989 and 2004, respectively. Since 2003 he is with Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where he is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Applied Mathematics IV and a researcher at the Institute of Industrial and Control Engineering.His research interests are in the field of control theory and dynamical systems. He is author or co-author of more than 50 journal articles and conference papers.Dr. Olm is Member of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society and Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-I.
