Doing a Postdoc in Barcelona

Spending one or more postdoctoral years in Barcelona gives you the oportunity to work with leading researchers in their respective fields.

The first step is to contact the research group or particular researcher you would like to work with. You may choose within the many BGSMath research groups in the different areas or directly among the BGSMath faculty. If you need help or have  questions please contact our One-Stop Office so we can forward your needs appropiately.

If you do not need funding for your postdoctoral stay,  you may arrange your postdoc directly with the research group. We then encourage you to register with us and become part of the BGSMath comunity, so you can participate in the events we organize and be informed of what is going on in the mathematical comunity of Barcelona.

If you are interested in funding you have several possibilities:

Selected Postdoctoral Fellows will be funded by BGSMath for at least two years, and they will join one of the BGSMath research groups at their respective university or center.
